I love pictures
I was coming home from wandering around today, and I thought I should take some pictures of my neighborhood. There's this dry cleaning/laundrymat place near my house and they've had that sign up since the end of summer. I remember my mom making me go with her to that place to pick up the dry cleaning and I asked her why she didn't take it to our normal place, she said that this place was having a discount week. And now, about 4 months later, the sign is still up! haha. I just found it really hilarious that my mom did all that dry cleaning a while ago just to get the discount, and now the "sale" is still going on. And near that laundrymat, I figured I might as well take a picture of the street sign. I think it's pretty cool how it's two signs on one poll. It'd be cool to have one of those things in my house so you can see it when you come into my house. Instead of saying the streets though, it would say like bathroom << or like kitchen ^. And since I was taking pictures of street signs, I took a picture of the "no parking" sign also.
That picture is on this apartment building at the corner of my street and I thought it was really good.. Man, it's been there for as long as I could remember!! I can't believe the rain didn't wash most of it away.. It would be awesome if I came back to that same place in 10 years and still see it there.

My oh my that blackout was scary. Good thing I was home with my grandma, or else bad things might have happened. It's sad that we weren't prepared for anything at all. No candles in sight, we had to dig up old candles. And there were two TINY flashlights in the house. My dad took away all the other ones from me for unknown reasons. Now I demand my own flashlight for my room. xP
