Random Thoughts #8
My friends Adam and Sam found my blog on google and decided to read some of my old entries. Sam said I changed a lot since I first started my blog. Apparently, I had a life back then that didn't consist of only school. According to Sam, I went out more and I had more fun. Hearing that made me feel really uneasy. From my perspective, my life didn't change that drastically over the past few years. But if I take a step back from it all and think about it, I realize that my priorities and my interests have almost three-sixtied. Did you guys know that back when I first started this blog, I was a pretty big homophobe? My brother introduced to me the usage of calling people "homos." I then introduced that word into my friends' vernacular. That's one of the more obvious changes.
Re-adjusting to school has been harder than I imagined it would be. Classes picked up right where they left off before break and I'm have trouble remembering all the things I learned two weeks ago. Schwarz's class is kind of like o_O;; I hate when he asks us a question and everyone just stares blankly at him. You can actually see his face transform into this cringing look or something. It scares me, a lot. Ong's class is just speeding right along and I'm just having trouble memorizing all those words so quickly. I'm not enjoying school as much I would have hoped to say the least. Stress will elevate to new levels over the next three weeks. I'm not ready to deal with that.
I can't believe that once-upon-a-time, I had the time to go out after school and have fun. I haven't done that in the past two and a half years. o_O;; I've forgotten what it's like to not do homework or sleep after I come home from school. Sad.

When the hell is Maroon 5 going to come out with a new album? Songs About Jane was probably one of the best albums I've listened to in the last couple of years. I'm listening to this Kanye West song and it has Adam Levine, the lead singer from Maroon 5, doing vocals.
I really want a Rachael Yamagata album. Thanks Andrew for trying to get them, but I want Happenstance! How much does it cost to BUY and mp3? o_O;; I'm just wondering.

Hah it's like watching your hair grow. Everyday it looks like the same length, then you stand back and the next thing you know your hair is down to your ass. You know, I didn't really realize you changed either, but sometimes I do realize it when we talk like your perspectives change. Mostly there are a lot of things you don't really care about anymore.
Everything else has been eased in for me except for AP stats in which I'm like O.O I never really paid attention in physics anyway. I'm scared that next week they're going to pick up the pace.
Omg I had no idea Kanye West and Adam Levine teamed up until I was at my friend's house watching the new year's party cause they performed. It's not spectacular though.
