My friend introduced me to Lupe Fiasco recently and that's all I've been listening to. There's nothing better than walking through Sproul blasting some Lupe Fiasco and ignoring all the people trying to hand me fliers. haha.

But I just noticed today that my music playlist has been lacking any kind of Chinese music for WAY too long. I'm listening to Eason Chan right now and I honestly can't really understand a word he's saying. What's worst is that I can no longer read the titles of his songs! The words look familiar, but I can't remember what they sound like at all :( :( But I think I can guess what the words mean.... Strange.

Listening to Eason just reminded me of the Chinese New Year concert I went to at Cow Palace last year. I almost got to tough Eason on stage as I brought flowers for the performers. Eason is one of the few artists that I believe sound better in concert than on a music track. His CDs just don't do his voice justice! Too much restraint makes him sound a little amateurish. He has a booming voice in concert.

Just had a random thought and no one to talk to, so back to the blog it is! I really haven't written anything in ages. Maybe I'll be more articulate if I start writing again.
