Damn, who would have thought that the desire to have fun would be sucked out of me so early in college? It's class, eat, read, sleep, work, and repeat. Good days are honestly not that good and bad days are shittier than ever before. Consumption of coffee is incredibly high and disturbingly ineffective after drinking it daily for the last week or so. But would I have it any other way? Honestly, no. My classes are interesting and more satisfying than the ones I took one year ago and the fact that I have enough friends that I need to schedule time to divide my time equally suggests that I am in a good place in my life. Stress aside, I'm really enjoying working to preserve old relationships as well as nurturing these budding relationships I'm developing with new people. I'm excited about the future. But shit, it's 3 am again and I'm not even asleep yet! UGH.
