The Beginnings
OH MAN. Okay so I was so anxious about recieving Michael Kim's cd today that I made Chase stand there with me in front of the boys locker room looking for MK to come out of reg. I saw him walking towards CC, and I like ran to him. haha. That piece of shit tried to run away! I was like AW DAMN IT cuz almost everyone got the cd before me! -_- I wish I had mod 3 off. Anyway, I tried to listen to it while I was in gym. LOL :] That's how much I wanted to hear it. I tried to get him to sign it during Ethnic Lit, but that bastid wouldn't. Instead, he wrote HI! HAPPY HOLIDAYS! -_- Then he dropped my precious cd. :[ :[ It's really good people! I had Karen listen to it during lunch and she was like O_O OMG! haha. Goodstuff.

It kind of pisses me off that I gave up piano and volin so early on. HAHA I want to play the violin again!! Mk's music is really inspiring.. too bad I can't do anything with this sudden inspiration.
Isn't it cool how music can be interpretted in so many different ways? It's truly one of the most beautiful forms of art and self-expression. I don't know if it's just me.. but after listening to his cd on repeat for god knows how long.. I hear in his own compositions a sense of inspiration mixed with weariness. HAHA. He must be a troubled soul or something. :P I hope he doesn't see that. Ah it's so freaking beautiful though. My interpretation of each song changes with my mood, and so I swear I can listen to his cd for years and years to come. I think I do brag about him too much to everyone, but when one of my friends are great at something, I can't help but let the rest of the world know how awesome they are. I did that with Shannon and her athletic abilites too. HAR HAR.
I wish I had a stereo, because I would love to fall asleep and wake up to this cd! I listned to it even when I was napping tonight. I want Tyrone to send me one of his songs someday. I hear from quite a few people that he is great.
Man, musically talented guys.. who wouldn't want them, right?
